Mr. Sandeep Gupta is known as a Change Agent & Evangelist in Indian Healthcare & Food Industry. Mr. Gupta is a Pharmaceutical Graduate with MBA in Marketing and is currently engaged as Member and Leader at Leadership Excellence, Harvard Square Chairman & Member of Standard Review Group (SRG), Nutraceuticals for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

Over the last 22 years Mr. Gupta has played major role in hard core Sales, marketing, sales force excellence, process management, corporate communication, strategy, new initiatives & innovations to corporate affairs covering the arena of regulatory, legal & government affairs. He has developed and launched more than 200 Nutraceutical Products covering various lifestyle and prevention categories.

Professor Alok Dhawan is currently a director, CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow. Mr. Dhawan has also served as founding director of Institute of Life Sciences and a dean of planning and development, Ahmedabad University, Gujarat.

Professor Dhawan obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Biochemistry from University of Lucknow, India in 1991. He has been awarded D.Sc. Degree (h.c.) from University of Bradford, U.K., 2017. Mr. Dhawan was a Visiting Scholar, Michigan State University, USA; BOYSCAST Fellow, University of Surrey, Wales & Bradford, UK and Visiting Scientist, BIBRA Toxicology International, Surrey, UK.

Professor Dhawan started the area of nanomaterial toxicology in India and published a guidance document on the safe use of nanomaterials. He set up a state-of-the-art nanomaterial toxicology facility at CSIR-IITR as well as at the Institute of Life Sciences.

Professor Alok Dhawan is the Editor-In-Chief, Journal Translational Toxicology published by American Scientific Publishers, USA and serves as the Member, Editorial Board of Mutagenesis, Nanotoxicology, and Mutation Research Reviews.

Mr. Krishna Kumar Joshi is currently working with ITC as Head Regulatory Affairs – Foods Division. Prior to joining ITC, Mr. Krishna had worked with Nestle, Wrigley’s (Now Marsh), JV of Rhodia Chemicals and Birlas and Parle and contributed significantly in developing the various management systems like QMS, FSMS, Regulatory Management System, Factory Sensory Programs etc by leading from the front.

Mr. Rajeshwar Matche is a senior principal scientist, food packaging technology who has more than 27 years of experience in research and development in central Food Technological Research Institute. Mr. Matche is an academic council member of 2 Universities and past secretary and president of Association of Food Scientists and Technologies (India).

Mr. Matche has published over 65 papers and poster papers. He has developed 15 technologies transferred to industries and so far successfully executed more than 80 R &D projects. He is currently editorial board member of 5 international journals and has published 16 book chapters.

Mr. Rajeshwar Matche is an active member of different professional bodies and technical committees including Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on packaging regulations, International Organization for Standardization (ISO), The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and has been a guide to more than 76 students for investigation and dissertation work.

Mr. Mishra is currently working as Vice President R&D at Rich Corporations (a global leader in whip toppings), Pune. He is a graduate of Dairy Technology from National Dairy Institute, Karnal and done his masters in Product Development from North Western University.

Mr. Mishra has worked with food multinationals like Nestle, Perfetti Van Melle, Wrigley, Mars, Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Ltd., Britannia etc. He had held many senior positions like – Director Innovation and Regional Innovation Head at Wrigley-A Subsidiary of Mars Incorporated for India and South East Asia and Chief Technology officer at United Confectioners, Moscow-Russia.

Mr. Mishra has successfully established 4 multi-million-dollar R&D centres (one at Moscow, two at Bangalore, and one at Pune) from scratch, resulting in large gains in process efficiencies and attainment of R&D targets.
